The Center for Electronic Finance JSC held a working meeting with the delegation of the Federal Treasury of Russia

From 26 to 28 November 2025, the Republic of Kazakhstan is hosting an official visit of the delegation of the Federal Treasury of the Russian Federation. The purpose of the visit is to exchange experience in treasury budget execution, digitalization of public finance, and modernization of public procurement processes.

Working meeting at the Center for Electronic Finance

Today, on 28 November 2025, as part of the visit, a meeting was held at the Center for Electronic Finance JSC (CEF) with representatives of the Federal Treasury of Russia and the Committee of State Treasury of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

At the CEF venue, the Kazakhstani side presented an overview of key state digital solutions, including:
• the AIIS “Electronic Public Procurement” web portal;
• the architecture and principles of the treasury budget execution system;
• mechanisms for integrating government services;
• Kazakhstan’s approaches to automation and transparency in public finance.

During the presentation, CEF specialists demonstrated:
• the full electronic cycle of public procurement procedures;
• the operation of the unified digital platform;
• interaction with related information systems;
• solutions for monitoring, analytics, and improving the efficiency of public expenditures.

Dialogue and exchange of experience

During the meeting, the parties discussed:
• development and transparency of electronic procurement;
• modern approaches to treasury accounting;
• data standardization and process unification;
• implementation of automated control and analytical tools;
• prospects for integrating digital financial solutions in both countries.

Particular attention was paid to the role of CEF JSC as the unified operator of key information systems in the field of public finance and digital transformation.

The working meeting became an important step toward strengthening cooperation between Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation in public finance. The exchange of practices and technological solutions contributes to the development of new quality approaches to budget process management, transparency, and efficiency of public spending.

The Center for Electronic Finance JSC expresses gratitude to the State Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for organizing the event and confirms its readiness for further international cooperation.
