Implementation and Certification of Anti-Corruption Management System in Accordance with ISO 37001:2016

"E-Finance Center" Joint-Stock Company (hereinafter - the Company) informs business partners and interested parties that the Company has an anti-corruption management system, which, following a supervisory audit conducted in November 2024 by the international certification body CERT International, confirmed its compliance with the requirements of the international standard ISO 37001:2016. 

The main objectives of the Company's anti-corruption policy are as follows:

1. implementing effective measures to prevent corruption in Company;
2. establishing a unified understanding among the Company’s officials, employees, and counterparties of the Company’s stance on zero-tolerance toward corruption offenses and actions in any form or manifestation;
3. reducing the risks of corruption in Company.

The Company complies with the requirements of the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the international anti-corruption standard ISO 37001:2016.

Thus, the Company demonstrates its commitment to high ethical standards and transparency in its operations.
