"Electronic commercial procurement" IS
The "Electronic commercial procurement" information system (hereinafter - ECP) is designed for:
- Procurement of medicines and medical devices, services from healthcare entities within the framework of the guaranteed volume of free medical care (hereinafter - GVFMC) and (or) in the system of compulsory social health insurance (hereinafter -CSHI). The system ensures the conclusion of electronic contracts on the needs of customers for the supply of medicines and medical products, services, procurement procedures, supplier identification, conclusion of contracts and the results of their execution.
The Customers on the web portal are "Social Health Insurance Fund" NJSC and "SK-Pharmacy" LLP.

Goal
Procurement of medicines, medical devices, and medical services, conducting competitive procedures for selecting a private partner in real time, ensuring transparency of the process and the possibility of reducing the cost of procurement by attracting a larger range of suppliers, potentially private partners.

Procurement methods
Depending on the customer, the methods of conducting procurement may vary.
Competition/Tender - a method of electronic procurement in which, in addition to the price of a goods or service, other criteria are also considered that influence the determination of the winner.
From a single source - a method of selecting a supplier (contractor, performer), in which the customer offers to conclude a contract for procurement with only to one potential supplier and only if the reason for the planned procurement is included in the list of grounds for procurement using the single-source method.
Request for price proposals – the simplest method of electronic procurement, in which the decisive criterion for selecting the winner is the lowest price for the goods, work, or service offered by the potential supplier.
