PRESS RELEASE ON THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER APPOINTMENT OF E-FINANCE CENTER JSC

Nurlybek Rakhmetov was appointed Chairman of E-Finance Center JSC by resolution of the Board of Directors. Nurlybek Rakhmetov was born in 1980 in Atyrau region. He graduated from Atyrau Institute of Engineering and Humanities and Finance Academy. He is a full member of the International Informatization Academy.

N.Zh. Rakhmetov began his career as a leading engineer of the Telecommunications and Communications Department of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan JSC in 1998.

In 2001-2007 he worked in ABN AMRO Bank Kazakhstan SJSB JSC;

In 2008-2009 - he held the position of Head of IT Service, Director of IT Department of KazAgro National Holding JSC;

In 2009-2020 - he served as a Deputy Director, Director of the Information and Computing Center of Bureau of National Statistics of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan RSE;

In 2020 -2022 – he served as a Deputy Chairman of the Management Board for Production; Acting Chairman of the Management Board of E-Finance Center JSC.
