SRC IS

Integrated automated information system of the State Revenue Committee (hereinafter – the System, SRC IS) is designed for the comprehensive automation (of business processes) of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is a set of information systems that include automated provision of the electronic services to the citizens and business of the Republic of Kazakhstan by the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The implementation of the SRC's project “Development of Information Systems for the Reform of Tax and Customs Administration” IS involves the modernization of existing and information systems of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the creation of new one.

The scope of the Project is mainly determined by the total number of taxpayers involved in the taxation system, as well as the number of users of the information system of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan engaged in tax administration. The number of hierarchy levels of the organizational structure of the State Revenue Committee is also important, which determine, among other things, the architecture of the system being designed.

Objective

The Project is intended to automate administrative procedures for the execution of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and is aimed at the smooth operation and development of existing and new information systems of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Tasks

  • Ensure the reliability of SRC IS data by integrating with e-government components
  • Provide the quality and efficiency of the provision of information, interactive, transactional services for the population, business and public authorities
  • Reduce the costs of maintaining and administering the entire information structure
  • Create flexible information systems - with a high degree of adaptation to amendments in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which do not require significant costs.
  • Improve the quality of management decisions and the effectiveness of control in the field of budgetary resources and public finance management;
  • Improve management efficiency and reduce overhead costs;
  • Improve the efficiency of public services for the population and the business community
